EADSworld Response to Covid-19

Dear Customers,

EADSworld has continuously monitored the global COVID-19 pandemic, actively taking measures to respond to the rapidly changing situation to ensure the health, well-being and safety of our employees and their families, as well as to reduce any disruption in the delivery of our services and support to customers.

In accordance with the Malaysian Government's announcement under the National Recovery Plan (NRP) phase 1, EADSworld will be operating as per normal for its Malaysia office with adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) of 60% workforce capacity allowed on-premise and for staff members who have completed both doses of their Covid-19 vaccination. Our phone and fax will also be attended as per usual during this time and please be assured that our Main EADSWorld Transmission System and support is Business As Usual. Our Sales and Support Services will be operating as usual and will respond to your inquiries.

Hard copy proof orders & deliveries is available for customers in Malaysia and will be fulfilled by our despatch staff who has completed both doses of their Covid-19 vaccination. To further enhance our delivery quality, our staff will also take additional precautionary measures by practicing social distancing.

Additionally, in compliance with the Singaporean Government’s announcement of additional measures and restrictions under Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), we are implementing a Staff Rotation Schedule for all staff for our Singapore office. Therefore, our Singapore office premises will be operating at limited capacity. We regret to inform you that all Hard copy proof orders & deliveries will not be available for this period of time for customers in Singapore. For support matters in Singapore, kindly contact 9060 7208 (Cindy) Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays).
